Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of BodyMake AI ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

The App provides AI-powered personalized training plan generation and management, including:

• AI-generated weekly training plans
• Workout logging and progress tracking
• Nutrition logging and calorie management
• Automatic plan adjustments based on progress

3. Accounts

Users must create an account using an email address or Sign In with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Subscriptions

• The App offers a free plan and a Pro plan (paid subscription).
• Pro plan pricing: Monthly or Yearly (with a 7-day free trial).
• Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store.
• After the free trial ends, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel.
• To cancel, go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Reverse engineering or unauthorized use of the App
• Interfering with other users
• Registering with false information

6. Disclaimer

• Training plans and nutrition advice provided by the App are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.
• Exercise at your own risk. Consult a physician if you have health concerns.
• We do not guarantee the complete accuracy of AI-generated content.
• We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions, changes, or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the developer. Data entered by users remains the property of the users.

8. Account Deletion

Users can delete their account from the Settings screen within the app. All user data will be permanently deleted upon account deletion.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated without prior notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
